"Communibee" is a celebration of community portrayed through bees.  Between the lines are stories of society, conservation, matriarchy, communication, hive minds, and sacrifices for the greater good.

When I first started experimenting in this medium, one of the first things I made were bee magnets.  There must be hundreds of these bees out there at this point.  I consider all of those bees to be part of this piece, and imagine them venturing out into the world on behalf of the hive.  Similarly, I consider everyone who has one of these bees to be connected and part of this community.
